Hi, I'm Bri! You'll probably chat to me the most throughout your journey with Polish Media. I wear a lot of hats—from photographer and creative director to planning shoots and editing galleries—but I'm lucky enough to have an incredible team beside me who help bring everything together. I'd love for you to meet them.

A little fun fact: almost every single member of my team started out as a client. Through the time we have known and worked together, genuine friendships were built and, one by one, they became part of Polish Media. It's something I'm incredibly proud of.

Creating a welcoming space has always been at the heart of what I do. That's why I've intentionally built a team of women and gender-diverse creatives who are passionate about making every client feel safe, supported and celebrated.

MEET THE TEAM

  • Brianna Devenish (She/Her)

    FOUNDER

    I'm the founder of Polish Media and oversee every part of the client experience, from planning your shoot and taking your photos to editing your gallery. My goal is to make you feel as though you are never a burden during this process, from inspiration boards to what to wear, ill be with you every step of the way (if you need me to be!)

  • Brittney Elso (She/Her)

    HEAD OF ADMINISTRATION

    Britt is the blonde bombshell and organisational powerhouse behind Polish Media, looking after bookings, bookkeeping, invoices and client support. She's also one of my closest friends and occasionally joins me on set for our larger events with multiple assistants

  • Riley Davies (They/Them)

    ON-SET ASSISTANT

    Riley is my go-to assistant on larger productions, helping with lighting, equipment, styling and making sure every shoot runs smoothly. They're also a pole wizard, actor and all-round creative who brings calm energy and plenty of laughs to every set. (Also the odd stress ball of making sure everything is SAFE, especially when I’m dangling from a rooftop!)

  • Trista Duncan (She/Her)

    VIDEO POST-PRODUCTION

    Trista takes care of our larger video editing projects and has an incredible eye for storytelling. Before discovering her talent of editing, she has stood out as a one-of-a-kind dancer, choreographer and music artist. She brings her creativity into everything she works on.

Booking & payments

• A booking is only confirmed once the required deposit has been paid.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless Polish Media cancels the booking.

• Remaining balances are due as outlined on your invoice.

• Late payments may incur administration fees.

• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

cancellation & rescheduling

Life happens, and where reasonable we'll always try to accommodate a change of date.

Deposits and booking fees are non-refundable and may be transferred to a new date at Polish Media's discretion. Repeated rescheduling may require a new booking fee.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made with as much notice as possible.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking, or where insufficient notice is provided for Polish Media to reasonably offer and refill the reserved time, may require payment of the remaining booking balance.

No-shows are treated as a cancellation without notice and the full outstanding booking amount may become payable.

This reflects the time that has been exclusively reserved for the client and the resulting loss where that time cannot reasonably be booked by another client.

Where Polish Media is able to refill the cancelled booking, this will be taken into consideration.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

during your shoot

We ask all clients to:

• Arrive on time.
• Come prepared with agreed outfits or products.
• Treat staff respectfully.
• Follow safety directions where required.
• Advise us of any accessibility requirements before your booking.

Late arrivals may reduce shooting time without reducing the booking fee.

image selection & editing

All final images are professionally edited in the Polish Media style.

This includes colour grading, exposure adjustments, skin retouching (where included), object removal where reasonable and overall polishing.

RAW files are not included unless agreed beforehand. If we both agree an edit could be improved, reasonable revisions can be made.

Unlimited re-edits based on personal preference are not offered. Images must not be re-edited, filtered or altered using AI without written permission.

Additional edits beyond your package can be purchased separately.

turn around times

Typical turnaround times are:

  • RAW preview gallery: within 7 business days

  • Final gallery: within 20 business days after selections have been received

Rush editing is available for an additional fee.

copyright and usage

Polish Media retains copyright over all photographs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients receive a licence to use their purchased images for personal or agreed commercial purposes.

Images may not be:

  • Re-edited or filtered

  • Altered using AI

  • Cropped in a way that changes the intended composition

  • Sold or redistributed without written permission

Commercial licensing outside the agreed scope may require an additional licence.

social media

You're absolutely welcome to share your images—we love seeing them.

When posting online, we kindly ask that:

  • Polish Media is tagged where possible.

  • Images aren't heavily edited or filtered.

  • Credit remains where appropriate.

creative control

By booking with Polish Media, you acknowledge that creative decisions—including posing, composition, lighting, editing style and image selection—remain at the photographer's discretion.

This ensures consistency across every gallery and maintains the quality associated with our work.

On-Set Conduct & Prohibited Items

Polish Media maintains a safe and professional environment for all clients, staff and guests.

Illegal drugs, prohibited substances and illegal or unsafe items are strictly prohibited on set. Anyone who is significantly intoxicated, impaired, threatening or behaving unsafely may also be refused participation or asked to leave.

Polish Media may pause or immediately terminate a booking where these conditions are breached or continuing the shoot creates a safety or legal risk.

Where a booking is terminated due to the conduct of a client or their guest, it may be treated as a client cancellation and no refund will be provided for services already provided or costs already incurred. Any remaining fees will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy.

Police, venue management or emergency services may be contacted where appropriate.

client consent

By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have permission for everyone participating in the session to be photographed or filmed. Any request for images to remain private must be communicated before or during the session. Polish Media will honour all agreed privacy requests but cannot be held responsible for concerns that are raised only after images have already been published in accordance with this agreement.

liability

While every reasonable precaution is taken, Polish Media cannot be held responsible for circumstances outside our control including:

  • Extreme weather

  • Venue restrictions

  • Equipment failure beyond reasonable backup measures

  • Illness or emergencies

  • Third-party interference

Where possible, suitable alternatives or rescheduling options will always be offered.
